This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the website limitless.builders (“Platform”) operated by Lightspeed India Partners Advisors LLP,  a limited liability partnership with its place of business at 506 – 507, 5th Floor, Worldmark 2, Aerocity, Hospitality District, IGI Airport, New Delhi, India – 110037 (hereinafter referred to as “Lightspeed”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”).

We are committed to protecting the Platform users’ (“You” or “Your” or “Useras applicable) privacy and the information that You share while using the Platform.  We value the trust You place in Us and also intend to provide You with the best quality services (“Services”) that includes Subscription Services (as defined below) on our Platform that is hassle free and seamless. That is why, We maintain the highest security standards for securing Your information.    

This Privacy Policy specifies the manner in which personal data and other information is collected, received, stored, processed, disclosed, transferred, dealt with or otherwise handled by the Company. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that You provide to, or that is collected by, any third-party through the Platform, and any Third-Party Sites (defined below) that You access or use in connection with the Services offered on the Platform.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully prior to using or registering on the Platform or accessing any material, information or availing any Services through the Platform.  All capitalized terms used and not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them under the Terms of Use (“Terms”).

By visiting the Platform Youaccept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to Our Terms and shall be read harmoniously and in conjunction with the Terms.  

This Privacy Policy (i) is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with rules and regulations made thereunder and is generated by a computer system; and (ii) will not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature. 


  1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION:
  1. We do not collect Personal Information (defined below) from You when You visit the Platform but may collect Your Personal Information when You opt for Subscribed Services in accordance with the Terms (“Subscribed Services”).

  1. At the time of opting for and subscribing to Our Subscribed Services, You may provide certain information to Us voluntarily including Your name and email. You hereby voluntarily and explicitly consent to Us collecting this information and We hereby agree and acknowledge that We will collect, use, and store such details in compliance with Applicable Laws and this Privacy Policy.
  1. We may ask You to provide certain additional information about yourself on a case-to-case basis. All information disclosed by You shall be deemed to be disclosed willingly and without any coercion. No liability pertaining to the authenticity/ genuineness/ misrepresentation/ fraud/ negligence of the information disclosed shall lie on the Company nor will the Company be in any way responsible to verify any information obtained from You.

  1. Location based information: When and if You use the Platform and/or Services through Your devices, We may explicitly seek permissions from You to get the required information from the device. We may receive information about Your location, Your IP address, Your mobile device, including a unique identifier number for Your device. We may use this information to provide You with location-based Services including but not limited to search results and other personalized Content. You can withdraw Your consent at any time by disabling the location-tracking functions on Your device. However, this may affect Your enjoyment of certain functionalities on the Platform that may depend on your location. In addition to the above, We identify and use Your IP address to also help diagnose problems with Our server, resolve such problems and administer the Platform and/or Services. Your IP address is also used to help identify You and to gather broad demographic information.

Non – Personal and Automatic Information: We may also collect certain non-personal information, such as Your internet protocol address, web request, operating system, browser type, URL, internet service provider, IP address, aggregate user data, browser type, software and hardware attributes, pages You request, and cookie information, etc. which will not identify You specifically (“Non - Personal Information”), while You browse, access or use the Platform and/or Services. We receive and store Non – Personal Information by the use of data collection devices such as “cookies” on certain pages of the Platform, in order to help and analyze Our web - page flow, track user trends, measure promotional effectiveness, and promote trust and safety. We offer certain additional features on the Platform that are only available through the use of “cookies”.  We place both permanent and temporary cookies in Your device’s hard drive. The cookies that we collect are:

We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support, respond to queries, inquires, troubleshoot problems and improve the Services. Any correspondence from You to Us, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send Us correspondence about Your activities on the Platform, We may collect and retain such information into a file specific to You for responding to Your request and addressing concerns in relation to Your use of the Platform.

  1. To prevent and identify suspicious /other illegal activities or transactions (if applicable) in order to mitigate risks relating to money laundering and other illegal activities; and 
  1. For any other purpose after obtaining Your consent at the time of collection.

You also specifically agree and consent to Us collecting, storing, processing, transferring, and sharing information (including Personal Information) related to You with third parties such as with entities registered under Applicable Laws, as may be necessary for providing the Platform and/or Services to You or improving the Platform and/or Services provided to You.

  1. We may also combine Your information that We receive from other sources with the information that You provide to Us and the information that We collect about You (“Combined Information”). We may use this Combined Information for any of the purposes set out above.

This disclosure may be required for Us, for instance, to process Your Personal Information, and to facilitate and assist Our marketing and advertising activities/initiatives, for undertaking auditing or data analysis, or to prevent, detect, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities related to Our Services. We do not disclose Your Personal Information to third parties for their marketing and advertising purposes without Your explicit consent.

Without prejudice to the other terms of this Privacy Policy, You hereby provide consent to the Company for disclosure of Your information, to the extent necessary: (a) to comply with Applicable Laws and to respond to lawful requests and legal process; (b) for detecting and preventing against actual or potential occurrence of identity theft, fraud, money laundering, abuse of Services and other illegal acts; (c) to protect the rights and property of the Company, Our users, and others, including to enforce the Terms; (d) for responding to claims that an advertisement, posting or other content violates the Intellectual Property Rights of a third party; (e) if the Company is under a duty to disclose or share Your Personal Information in order to enforce or apply Our Terms and other agreements or to protect Your property and other rights, and (f) in an emergency to protect the personal safety and assets of the Company, the Users, or any person. In any such event the Company is in no manner responsible for informing You or seeking additional approval or consent from You.

We may, in compliance with Applicable Laws, share/transfer/assign all of Your Personal Information and other information with any other business entity(ies), in the event of a merger, sale, re-organization, amalgamation, joint ventures, assignment, restructuring of business or transfer or disposition of all or any portion of Our business.

Please note that any third-parties We may be sharing Your Personal Information to may have their own privacy policies governing the storage and retention of Your information that You may be subject to. This Privacy Policy does not govern any information provided to, stored on, or used by these third-parties. You agree and acknowledge that We are not liable for the unauthorised disclosure or breach of Your Personal Information, by these third-parties.

The term “Group” includes, with respect to any person, any entity that is controlled by such person, or any entity that controls such person, including the parent entity, or any entity that is under common control with such person, whether directly or indirectly, or, in the case of a natural person, any relative of such person. In the event that We sell any business or assets, We may disclose Your Personal Information to the prospective buyer of such business or assets. If the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, the Personal Information held by it about its Users will be one of the transferred assets of such acquisition.

With Advertisers and Advertising Networks: We do not disclose personally identifiable information about Our Users to any advertisers, but We may provide them with aggregate information about Our Users (for example, We may inform them that any given number of women in a specified age group clicked on their advertisement on any given day) to select and serve relevant adverts to You. We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target.

We may provide information about the circumstances in which Your Personal Information may be transferred to countries outside India, more specifically to the Company’s servers in foreign jurisdictions, in the manner as specified under Applicable Law. Where We transfer, store or process Your information outside India, We have ensured that appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

  1. We securely store Your data and have reasonable security measures and safeguards in place, to protect Your privacy and Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction, and alteration of the information in compliance with Applicable Laws.

We cannot however ensure or warrant the security of any information You transmit to Us or guarantee that Your Personal Information and/or other Non-Personal Information provided for availing the Platform and/or Services may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of Our security measures and safeguards. It is further clarified that You have and so long as You access and/or use the Platform and/or the Services (directly or indirectly) the obligation to ensure that You shall at all times take adequate safeguards, at Your end, to preserve the integrity and security of Your data which shall include and not be limited to Your Personal Information. 
  1. This Privacy Policy and the security controls and practices implemented by the Company to protect Your Personal Information comply with the reasonable security practices and procedures prescribed under Applicable Law, to the extent applicable. 
  1. Although We do our best to protect Your Personal Information, We cannot guarantee the security of Your Personal Information at the time of transmission over the internet. Any Personal Information that You provide Us voluntary or that We collect with Your consent is at Your own risk. We are not responsible and will not be liable for breach of the security of Your Personal Information transmitted over the internet. Once We have received Your information, We will use strict physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to try to prevent unauthorised access.

  1. The Platform is intended for a general audience and not for use by anyone younger than the age of 18 years. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children younger than the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or legal guardian; if the Company learns that it has done so, the Company will promptly remove the information from all active databases.   1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary stated herein, If You are accessing the Platform from the European Union, You may provide Personal Information to Us and access our Platform and/or Services if You are at least 16 years of age.


  1. DATA RETENTION:

We may, at Our sole discretion, retain any Personal Information or Non-Personal Information provided by You, for resolution of disputes, for the purpose of investigations or ongoing prosecutions or in case of any suspicious/illegal transactions, for enforcement of any agreements, and/or as necessitated under Applicable Laws. The retention period may be extended in accordance with the Applicable Laws. 
  1. We make no warranties and shall not be liable regarding non-availability or non-retention of any information and/or data provided by You. 


  1. LINKS TO OTHER THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

Our Platform may provide links to other third - party platform (“Third – Party Sites”) that may collect Your Personal Information including Your IP address, browser specification, or operating system. The Company is not in any manner responsible for the security of such information or their privacy practices or content of those Third–Party Sites.

Additionally, You may also encounter “cookies” or other similar devices on certain pages of the Third–Party Sites and it is hereby clarified by the Company that it does not control the use of cookies by these Third–Party Sites. These Third-Party Sites may have their own privacy policies governing the storage and retention of Your information that You may be subject to. This Privacy Policy does not govern any information provided to, stored on, or used by these Third-Party Sites. We recommend that when You enter a Third-Party Site, You review the Third-Party Site’s privacy policy as it relates to safeguarding of Your information. You agree and acknowledge that We are not liable for the information published in search results or by any Third-Party Sites.

In case You withdraw Your consent, We request You not to access the Platform and use the Services and We also reserve the right to not provide You any Services on the Platform. In such a scenario, the Company may delete Your Personal or Non-Personal information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributable to You. In the event, the Company retains the Personal Information post withdrawal or cancellation of Your consent, it shall retain it only as permitted under Applicable Laws.
  1. The right to access: You have the right to request Us for copies of Your Personal Information. We may charge You a small fee for this service.
  1. The right to rectification: You have the right to request Us to correct any Personal Information You believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Us to complete the Personal Information You believe is incomplete.
  1. The right to erasure: You have the right to request Us to erase Your Personal Information or We will delete Your Personal Information under any of the following conditions:

  1. This Privacy Policy and Your use of the Platform shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Bengaluru, India for any disputes arising from or in connection with this Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to ensure that this Privacy Policy is consistent with any developments to the Platform and/or Services, the way We use Your Personal Information and any changes to the Applicable Laws including applicable data protection laws. You are advised to regularly check for updates and read the Privacy Policy that applies to Your access and use of the Platform and/or Services. The most updated version of the Privacy Policy can be accessed by You on Our Platform, which will be hyperlinked at the bottom of the Platform.  You are encouraged to visit the Platform from time to time to ensure that You are well informed of Our latest policies in relation to personal data protection. All communications, transactions and dealings on the Platform shall be subject to the latest version of this Privacy Policy in force at the time.
